Fine Thread Collection is not a studio — we own no machines. It is not a directory — we don't list shops for buyers to call. It is a quality-backed coordination layer: we take commercial embroidery orders, route them to verified local production partners, and stand behind the result.
From brief to finished garment

Submit a commercial enquiry through any node page. Garment type, quantity, delivery region, and your artwork — or just a rough brief if the design isn't finalised yet. No commitment at this stage.
We find the right local shop
We match your order to a verified production partner in your region — a shop we have personally vetted for equipment quality, output consistency, and turnaround reliability. You don't deal with the shop directly.
Artwork is digitised and approved
Every design is converted into embroidery-ready stitch files by a qualified digitiser. You review and sign off on a stitched sample before production begins. Nothing goes to the machines without your approval.
Your order is produced and delivered
The production partner fulfils the order to Fine Thread Collection's quality standard. Finished garments are delivered to your specified location. FTC stands behind the quality regardless of which shop produces the work.
Join the production network
Register as a network partner
Apply to join the Fine Thread Collection partner network. We review your equipment, capacity, and work samples. Approved shops receive a Verified status and access to the FTC order network — no upfront fee to start.
We route pre-qualified orders to your machines
When a buyer order matches your region, capacity, and specialism, we route it to you directly. Orders arrive pre-qualified — brief confirmed, artwork approved, buyer committed. You fulfil; we handle the client relationship.
Accountability without ownership
Every fulfilment partner in the FTC network has been personally vetted — not algorithmically ranked or self-certified. That vetting is the product, not a feature of it. When you place an order through FTC, you are not rolling the dice on an unknown shop; you are buying from a brand that has already taken that risk on your behalf.
This structure also means FTC can operate across geographies without owning production infrastructure in each one. The same quality standard applies in Johannesburg, London, and Sydney because the standard travels with the brand, not with the machines.
For shop owners, the arrangement removes the most expensive part of running a small embroidery business: finding and closing clients. Verified partners receive pre-qualified orders. They focus on production; we handle everything before and after the stitch.
